Hello Scott,
I have one week left of your cleanse and have really enjoyed the recipes in your book. They are simple and tasty. I would love to know what whole foods cookbooks you recommend. After the cleanse we plan to incorporate high quality beef and eggs, so I'm looking for a cookbook that includes some meat recipes.
Thank you!

Thanks, Anne. There are so many great natural foods cookbooks now. Try these for starters:
The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook: Whole Foods Recipes for Personal and Planetary Health, Second Edition
The Rodale Whole Foods Cookbook: With More Than 1,000 Recipes for Choosing, Cooking, & Preserving Natural Ingredients (Hardcover) |
