Scott , I ordered the Colosan from your on-line store.
I am being a baby here I know, but you've got to mix it up with water and wash it down with vinegar. Is there a short cut? Can I add it to my juice and forget the vinegar part?
Also, do you juice your wheat grass with a juicer specifically for that? |

I never heard the suggestion of mixing it with vinegar, or chasing it with vinegar.
Just mix with water and you'll be fine.
And yes, wheatgrass requires certain juicers that can handle rough greens. |

The Colosan directions are to mix it with water (this part is fine)
and follow it with 1/2 lemon or 1 oz. apple cider vinegar .
Lemons here ate .80 a piece so I use the vinegar.
My hydrocolonics therapist said the vinegar could cause yeast.
What do you think ? |

| You don't need the vinegar or lemon. You'll be fine with just the Colosan. |
