hey everyone,
I am in week 4 of my cleanse and just started juicing my first crop of wheatgrass yesterday. Both days i have gotten a very queasy stomach after juicing. Yesterday, it went away after about an hour. But, today i vomited (the entire contents of my stomach) after having the wheatgrass (1 oz plus half a lemon), then organic india's chai tulsi tea. Now I am having a migraine (always starts with aura then proceeds to headache for me, and I get them seemingly sporadically every few months) Any ideas what might be going on? Is this normal?
There is no sign of mold on the wheatgrass. All components came from a kit from wheatgrasskits.com.

Thanks for your input!

I'd start over with the wheatgrass. But just use 1/8 of an ounce in your normal juice. Stay at that level for a few days or a week, and then try to slowly increase it by 1/8 ounce each time.

Thanks, Scott. I waited until the evening yesterday to have a shot (still 1 oz), and it made me much less queasy.
