New site navigation

Hi all,

I've changed and added some navigation links around the site, that will hopefully make navigation easier.

If you find any glitches, let me know.

The main changes:

1. Make the Home tab always go to simply http://www.howhealthworks.com (even for those signed in)

2. Add a new tab "Member Signin" which leads to the http://www.howhealthworks.com/forum/login.php Forum Sign in.

3. Allow members and non-members to acces http://www.howhealthworks.com/ssl/member.php

4. Replace the tab called 'Articles' and call it "Article & eBooks" and link it to http://www.howhealthworks.com/ssl/member.php (it's okay to move that page outside of the /ssl/ folder if need be. Just make everything there available to everyone).

5. make the top logo clickable so that it goes to the home page.
