Hey Beautiful Group...

We are into our first week and I am so honored to be supporting you on this journey.

Here is one concern that was brought to my attention this morning...

was shocked to see that 6 days into the cleanse I had GAINED a pound! I couldn稚 believe it since I知 taking the cleanse very seriously with a passionate approach. She told me to email all the things I知 eating to see if there痴 something I知 missing.

For breakfast I always start with a big glass of water, then usually eat some fruit or some quinoa, and a glass of carrot juice.

For snack I値l munch on some raw almonds or cashews and a glass of Amazing Foods with water.

For lunch I値l have some greens, and either some rice (white or brown) or beans (usually canned, but sometimes prepared beans)

For 2nd snack I値l eat an avocado or fruit or some more nuts with a glass of Amazing Foods with water.

For dinner, I値l have another grain like rice again or beans with some greens like saut馥d kale or spinach salad with olive oil and bell pepper and tomatoes or I値l steam some veggies in my crock pot like carrots, potatoes, etc.

And if I知 still hungry after dinner, I値l have an apple with almond butter or a banana.

With every meal I知 taking a digestive enzyme (365 organic).

What am I missing here? I saw your email about blue-green algae, but should I be taking more types of eliminators?

As for the exercise, I致e been battling a stress fracture in my tibia so I don稚 run like I used to but riding my bike again for short distances.

Scott stepped in and is going to address this issue.

A few thoughts:
1. I wouldn't worry about the pound.
2. I'd increase the amount of fresh mainly greens juice that you drink. If you're at least an above-average size guy, you could consider 16-32 ounces a day.
The objective here is to make your liver and digestive tract function at a higher level of efficiency.
3. Speaking of digestive tracts, if you're like most men in the US, chances are you have belly larger than you'd like. If that's the case, it's a sign that your digestion needs some help. I would bite the bullet and go get a series of colon hydrotherapy sessions. That in and of itself may be the thing that breaks open the dam.
4. Get ahold of Aphanizomenon flos-aqua (wild blue green algae). You can get it from me at the top of this forum, or get it at your local health food store. Do the amounts suggested in the 28-Day Cleansing Course.
5. Same with probiotics. Critical to weight loss and a better belly. Get the best they offer.
6. Same with colon cleansing product. Talk to your colon hydrotherapist about what they'd recommend.

Try those, and report back here. Create an account yourself, and I'll respond back each time. You'll be amazed at the results, so just hang in there.
