Hello Cleansers,

Long time, no post!

Does anyone here have any experience with ACV baths? My eczema has been extra bad lately and I have tried baking soda baths and epsom salt baths to soothe it so I don't scrape all my skin off while I sleep. I have been wondering/reading about ACV baths and would like any insight that folks may have.

Hi Summer,

I don't have any experience with the Apple Cider Vineger baths. But try it out, it could help in a temporary way.

Let's get you going, though, on the deeper level with the cause of eczema. Have you picked up Dr. Pagano's book:
http://www.amazon.com/Healing-Psoriasis-Revised-Expanded-Pagano/dp/159077096X/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1273768990&sr=1-3-fkmr1

He's saying the same things I am, but his pictures alone can motivate people to believing they can get rid of the problem once and for all.
