Anyone else planning to do a cleanse in Feb?

I'm planning to do my first, found Scott's Cellular Cleansing book at the library. I might get the set of books and CD's later if we can afford it.

I'm a newbie here; I have the complete set of books and CD's in hand;

I'd like to start off the 28 day cleanse on May 1st of 2010; is there much by way of support of any others who are kicking of a cleanse here on this forum?

I truly would love to share, lurk, or interact with others who are blogging about their experience along the way.

I would also like to know if others have allergies they contend with? My test results came back with a short list of allergens - garlic, ginger, chile powder, turmeric - which explains why my daughters' fabulous chicken curry just floors me! I have avoided wheat, soy, dairy, and eggs for the last three years for similar reasons (intolerance).

Is anyone else here (echo echo echo echo)? The place seems quiet, I need a friend who is ready to kick off for the month of May! I'm willing to postpone to June if I can find another adventurous, committed soul or two to join me.

I'm facing multiple GI issues, and am serious about giving this program a chance to make a difference in my physical and mental healing.

I will check back nightly at 9pm EST until the first of May to see if any one else is ready to begin at the beginning of the program, let me know!

I am considering posting a 'new' thread entitled MAY Cleanse - but while going through the recommendations for the 28 day cleanse, I decided to look up online the colon cleanse providers in my area.

The self-screening for a colon hydrotherapy provided online indicates it isn't prudent (or allowed?) for one who has recently had diverticulitis, or an abscess, or an infection in the intestine to make an appointment for a colon hydrotherapy - six months without symptoms is the published recommendation on their website.

Does anyone have experience doing the cleanse in stages?

First month - change food and water intake, Second month add colonics?

Or ought I wait until the GI tract is in better condition and begin the entire program at once?

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Hello! I am going to start the cleanse on Monday. I don't know if you started? I can be someone you do it with.
