| Hi, Scott and all: I'm on day 5 of another 28-day cleanse. Everyday between about 3:30 to 5:00, when I was used to having a glass or two of Chardonnay, I am experiencing a powerful shaky drop in blood sugar and a desire for wine. Since I've decided to stop--period, the only thing that seems to work is a glass of water with apple cider vinegar and a cracker slathered with honey (sounds like bad wine). Then, in about 20 minutes or so, the raging passes. Should I keep doing this, or do you have other suggestions? I sure would appreciate your help. Many thanks again for all the support throughout past cleanses. Janis |

| I find that a glass of carrot and green juices do the trick for that afternoon slump. You might try it @ 3, before the slump happens. Slumps in that time frame can be related to adrenal fatigue, so you might want to explore that as well. Although simply continuing with the cleanse can heal a lot of that. |
