I completed the cleanse and the reaction I reported a few weeks ago is much better! But, I didn't realize before when you said FLOUR that you also meant wheat flour- like wheat bread, wheat pasta and wheat crackers. These are excluded, right? Is rice flour excluded too- such as soba noodles and pad thai noodles?

For the cleanse, it is recommended to avoid all flours.

No flour at all is allowed on this cleanse. After nearly a year of cleansing diets, I can say that giving up flour, especially gluten flours, are a wonderful way to feel good, especially in keeping digestion running smoothly. Also a very easy way to lose weight and keep it off.
