| I'm pleased to say that I was able to have all my metal fillings replaced with composite! YAY! No more mercury in my mouth. It was worth the discomfort. |

I did mine a few years ago. Hours in the chair! And it took me about a year before I felt right again, but it was well worth it. |

| How did you feel different after? What changes did you see? I don't know what to look for as far as changes. My teeth were sore when I ate for a few weeks after. They are fine now. Each time that I went, he did 2 at a time. So I could see why I was a bit sore. Some of those suckers were VERY old! |
